A dislocated IOL is a serious vision threatening complication. While IOL exchange is frequently performed, it is challenging and not without risks, such as larger incisions and endothelial damage. Here, we demonstrate how to salvage a dislocated, single piece IOL using flange scleral fixation. We believe that this technique is an economical and reliable surgical option for dislocated IOLs.
