We describe an efficient new technique sewing needle micro capsulotomy to prevent Argentinian flag sign. Technique utilises the principle of sewing machine needle system to puncture the stretched anterior capsule. Round pointed tip of needle create a circular hole which do not tear away with the disruptive forces generated by the raised intra lenticular pressure thus prevent Argentinian flag sign.
