Performing a successful well-centered and correctly sized circular curvilinear capsulorhexis is an essential skill for cataract surgeons. In this video, I present the journey throughout my first one hundred capsulorhexes with pitfalls and pearls that I have learned along the way. The journey to mastery is long, but with continued learning, practice and perseverance, we can all eventually arrive.
