What do endothelial-side ulcers, perforated ulcers, and near total corneal ulcers have in common? Ninjas shoot them! Inject stroma to immediately kill the infection while hydrating tissue to seal the leak. Ulcer too big to “PK it away”? Focus, grasshopper. Inject host rim between every suture. Stromal injections help us win, but for sick eyes we need the right plan to make the saving effect last."
