Bowman layer transplatation is a novel technique for the treatment of keratoconus grade IV. In this video we use the femto-second technology to create the transplant recipient pocket as well as the creation of the implant lamella. We also used OCTintraop which allowed us to dissect the planes with precision and ensure the correct positioning of the lamella.
