This presentation describes a five week course wet lab course for cataract surgery training with didactic sessions delivered over teleconference technologies and trainees working remotely in local wet labs to record training videos. The videos are uploaded into a cloud database, and an experienced surgical mentor grades the videos and provides feedback.
