Season 2 of Ophthalmology Quicksand Chronicles will be offering both in-person and virtual episodes in 2022. We are excited to announce that these episodes will also be eligible for CME credit. We look forward to continuing to delve deep into those “quicksand moments” that ultimately help surgeons reflect, learn, and evolve to become even greater surgeons.

Not only is he a world-class surgeon, but he is also an inventor and educator at heart. In this episode, Dr. Agarwal showcases quicksand moments that helped to refine his innovative pinhole pupilloplasty procedure. Through trial and error, he demonstrates surgical pearls, post-op considerations, and how to use this technique to optimize uncorrected vision in patients with very irregular corneas and astigmatism.
