The film demonstrates a new approach to constructing optimum phacomachine settings for each surgeon. Two versions of the basic settings are created, which should be the same from the point of view of the consumption of ultrasound energy and liquid. To achieve this, each version of the settings is tested on a computer simulator. Then the obtained settings are compared using the "Femtocomparison" technique. The best of settings is then further improved in a similar way.
