Adaptive fluidics with dual linear venturi phacoemulsification, reduces ocular exposure to phaco energy relative to traditional fluidics. The utilization of adaptive fluidics enables high level vacuum during phacoemulsification while maintaining chamber stability and reducing absolute and effective phaco time. Potential patient benefits include faster short term visual recovery and reduced long term risk of corneal endothelial dysfunction.
