ASCRS is not requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or a negative test to attend the meeting. Attendees agree to take necessary precautions while at the event including, but not limited to, following all state and local regulations and guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Attendees also agree to not attend the event if they feel ill, have known recent exposure to COVID-19, and/or have tested positive within the last 7 days.
Any public space where other people are present holds an inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases, such as COVID-19. By attending this event, attendees agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure.
Acceptance and declines for abstracts submitted to the ASCRS Annual Meeting will be announced on December 16, 2022. Find more information and deadlines on the submissions page.

Registration for the 2023 ASCRS Annual Meeting is now open.
In addition to registration for the main Annual Meeting program, there will be other additional activities to register for during the registration process, such as skills transfer labs, workshops, and other events.
The registration desk at the San Diego Convention Center will be open the following days and hours.

Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday 7:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Monday 7:00 a.m. – 3 p.m.
