Applications to request affiliate function meeting space are now open.
All meetings and events hosted by industry, attendees, or non-attendees must be submitted to ASCRS through the online space application process and must be approved by ASCRS. ASCRS approval must be obtained prior to contacting or working with the selected hotel or venue. Hospitality suites fall under the affiliate function policy and follow all rules and regulations set forth by the affiliate function policies and procedures.
All functions must be scheduled so as to not interfere with the ASCRS and ASOA programs, breaks, events, and lunches. Applications for functions that are submitted conflicting with the outlined dates and times will not be approved.
